Pandy grew up in Springfield, Ohio, in a professional family that believed in hard work, dedication to purpose, and a balanced life of work and play. She learned early in life that careful attention to detail and planning and looking beyond the obvious would most often bring about great success. Learning to listen to what is being said and assessing what is truly meant are two of her many strengths. Those early skills have translated into successful careers in dental hygiene, the non-profit sector, and now as a Realtor.
Pandy’s association with Jane Greene and Vicky Heron in one of Cashin Company’s top specialized sales and marketing teams has given her ample opportunity to be involved in the sale of many extraordinary properties ranging from condos to multi-million dollar signature estates. With strong communication, design, and negotiating skills, she brings an abundance of talent to that group and continues to be a valuable asset. In her personal life, Pandy loves spending time and traveling with her attorney husband, John, and her attorney son, Josh, and enjoying her many friends. She delights in taking walks on the beach, Pilates, her garden, and increasing her culinary skills with gourmet meals. She remains dedicated to her community by giving her time and energy to the efforts of Family Service Agency.
